We are searching for a reliable home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community. We want to hear from you if you have five or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.We are looking for a seasoned handyman / handywoman with the following experience:Home safety modifications (grab bars, ramps, etc.)Bathroom upgrades and minor remodelsDrywall repair, patching, caulkingFlooring repair and installationTrim, frame, and general carpentryKitchen repairs and light remodel workMinor plumbing and electricalInterior and exterior paintingGeneral to-do list and seasonal maintenanceWhat You'll Need:5+ years of handyman or home maintenance experienceStrong skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and paintingValid driver's license and clean driving recordFluent English and ability to legally work in the U.S.Ability to pass a background check and drug screenFriendly, professional demeanor and strong work ethicStandard tools (speciality tools provided by Company)Certifications such as OSHA 10, CAPS, or Age Safe America are highly valued.
