Do you like working with your hands, have experience as a carpenter and are an all around experienced Handy Man; do you have maintenance experience, like working with a team? Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide excellent facilities maintenance.

• Perform minor building, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, flooring, roof repair
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Clean driver's license ( NO POINTS) and experience in driving a box truck
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment i.e. small hand tools
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
