To ensure HACCP plan for plant facility according to government established guidelines meets requirements. Perform or help with laboratory testing as needed. Ensure compliance of all HACCP guidelines and GM - Ps (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout plant facility. Enter and track Food Safety work orders to ensure work is acceptable when completed .0% of the time will be spent monitoring plant facility and equipment routinely each day to evaluate potential and existing problems. Perform SSOP and SPS tasks. Use Safety Chain and Qliksense programs to perform audits and analyze trends. Be able to use tablet of phone to log audits. Collect and analyze data from CCP (critical control point) sheets; report information daily. Analyze problems; assist HACCP Coordinator in developing solutions; test possible solutions for implementation. Ensure that management is in compliance with government and corporate guidelines.
