In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating services that empower individuals to maintain, learn, or enhance essential daily living skills. You will also train staff in effective behavior modification techniques and collaborate to create innovative programs tailored to those we serve.

Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the creation of individual-centered programs.
- Monitoring the quality of services provided and the development of those programs.
- Training staff in behavior modification and intervention techniques.
- Developing new policies, procedures, and methodologies for habilitative service delivery.
- Being available on-call as needed to support the agency.
Schedule: Days, 40 hours/week, with travel required within a 2-hour radius - agency vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided.

Your qualifications include:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- In-depth understanding of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required.
- QIDP certification may be necessary based on state regulations.
