Position: Guest Services Representative - per diem. Location: Elmhurst, IL - Per Diem, As Needed. Hours: Sun-Sat 5 am-8 pm, Rotating weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Required Travel: No. What you will do:Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, serves as patient liaison in a positive, friendly, and responsive manner to all internal and external customers. Demonstrates warmth, caring and sensitivity toward all people in and entering Edward Elmhurst Health locations by practicing responsible communication and offering assistance to customers.
