This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and coordinating special requests to enhance guest satisfaction. This position is expected to work evening shifts and weekends.
