Guest Services Representative - Novant Health : Job Details

Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy Provide directions and communicate current hospital policies clearly and courteously Monitor visitor control and maintain oversight of assigned areas to ensure safety and security Respond quickly and effectively to guest concerns, providing immediate service recovery when needed Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support hospital operations Maintain a strong understanding of hospital services and facility resources to guide guests confidently Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred. Licensure/ Certification: Valid state drivers license at facilities where valet assistance may be needed, required. Additional Skills (required): Presents self in a professional manner and possesses strong customer services skills.
