The Office of Events is a growing department whose primary function is to assure the events hosted by Utah State University, Exceed Expectations . Guest Services Representatives are responsible for ensuring a fun, exciting, and safe experience for patrons while attending Utah State University events. The Office of Events is hiring now and for the upcoming school year. The position is on campus. Guest Services is seeking to fill multiple positions through an ongoing search. Team members may have opportunities for growth within the Office of Events, including additional responsibilities with USU Fine Arts events, event hosting, and youth programs. These opportunities are based on performance and availability and may include internships or work-study placements. Hours will vary depending on season and number of events at venues.
