Guest Services - Apex Park and Recreation District : Job Details

Responsible for relaying current knowledge and accurate information on all Apex PRD programs and activities. Specific duties will include frontline customer support, answering phones, inputting program registration information into recreation programming software, admitting customers into the center, cash handling procedures, processing daily visits, and performing special projects as needed. As an Apex Park and Recreation team member, flexible availability is necessary. Part-time guest services facility assistants may be required to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Weekends are preferrable. Job Qualifications Minimum age - 18 Ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills. Ability to learn computer data input on the computer system.
