Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Sell and print lift tickets, season passes, and other resort products. Handle guest issues with empathy, patience, and problem-solving finesse. Direct guests to amenities, activities, and mountain operations. Assist with check-in and registration for camps, events, and rentals. Process transactions and maintain accurate records in POS systems. Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth operations at main entrances. Communicate clearly with other departments to keep guests informed. Work Environment & Schedule:Fast-paced, guest-facing resort environment. Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in winter weather. Morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts are expected.
