Iowa Speedway is hiring for Guest Services Event Staff. The Guest Services team is responsible for interacting with guests that visit the track and assisting them as needed in order to ensure positive experiences. This is a part-time seasonal position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Transporting and assisting guests, including ADA guests. - Scanning tickets. - Assisting guests at admissions gates and inside the grandstands. - Assisting guests at information booths. - Serving as an attendant at tram stops. - Greeting and assisting campers. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
