What You'll Do: As a Guest Services Agent, you're the face of the zoo-the first smile guests see and the last wave goodbye. Your days will be as diverse as our animal kingdom:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and a dash of humor - we provide uncommon service to our visitors.
• Process ticket and membership sales smoothly and efficiently
• Operate the carousel and Lorikeet Loft (bird whispering skills a plus).
• Address guest questions and concerns with the patience of a sloth (but faster)

RequirementsWho You Are:

• A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage your workload efficiently.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather (yes, even Florida summers).
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
