- Hourly rate starting at $15 but can go up with experience.
Job Description - Guest Services agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendlyattitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; givingthe agent responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily dutiesinclude, but not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards,keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits toguests reservations.
Job responsibilities: - Check guests inand out of resort
- Issue guest keysappropriately
- Communicate withother departments to meet guest requests
- Accommodateguests scheduled stay as needed
- Follow allcompany safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenanceproblems/safety hazards
- Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests' service needs
- Resolve guest concern;assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
Requirements- - Available to worka flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previousexperience is preferred but not required
- Strongverbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
