Guest Service Supervisor - Global Partners LP : Job Details

Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management. - Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks. - Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. - Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices. - Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels. - Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc). - Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes. - Responsible for all cash processes which includes deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable. - Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions. - Address inquiries and complaints from guests. - Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.Fuel for You - Coins!
