Guest Service Specialist Winter 25/26 Woodward Park City - Powdr Corporation : Job Details

Greet arriving guests and assist in the reservation check-in process. Provide product knowledge to members/customers by explaining the type of product or program offered. Work with internal and external departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Receive and respond to specialized product inquiries, memberships, and programs via phone, email, chat, and in person. Serve as a champion of the brand and help save guest/member experiences through excellent communication and brand awareness. Update membership, email, and customer database systems with required customer information, notating profiles as necessary. Review and address any guest feedback across multiple channels of communication. Ensure consistent daily opening/closing procedures. Assist in Retail Sales. Restocking the Retail Store and Merchandise. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, follow-up, and accountability. Set a positive example and be a role model. Perform other duties as assigned.
