As a Guest Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations for our guests and clients. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of guest services, including aircraft arrival and departure logistics, passenger assistance, concierge services, and administrative tasks in a fast paced, aviation environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, maintenance, and administration, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in guest service, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Tactical Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs to provide personalized service.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or conflicts, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Efficiently manage guest arrivals, departures, and transfers. Coordinate ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and other arrangements as required. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure smooth guest transitions.
- Coordinate with flight crews, pilots, and ground personnel to ensure seamless aircraft handling and support services. Monitor flight schedules, track aircraft movements, and communicate relevant information to guests and internal teams.
- Provide personalized assistance to VIP guests, executives, and high-profile clientele. Arrange special amenities, expedite security processes, and ensure confidentiality and discretion are always maintained.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Greet all visiting aircraft upon arrival, providing positive, engaging, and anticipatory service.
- Ensure a thorough execution of proper checklists during opening and closing duties.
- Maintain inventory of complementary items such as coffee, ice cream, tea, soda, water, etc.
- Thoroughly examine customer notes and price rules to make an accurate invoice and invoice customers accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license.
