The Guest Services Agent (GSA) is responsible for delivering results that contribute to the success of the hotel by managing the front desk operations and supporting the Operations Manager. The GSA serves as the primary contact for guests and manages front desk technology systems and guest relations during their shift, representing the brand as the first point of contact.

• Deliver excellent service following Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide hotel information.
• Process transactions accurately and securely.
• Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and updates, upselling where possible.
• Coordinate with team members and management to ensure quality service.
• Handle guest requests and special needs.
• Maintain security of guest and financial information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification; TIPS certification preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
