What you'll do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.

We have a casual position available, with shifts rostered between the opening hours of, 8am - 7pm. Some weekend and public holiday availability will be required.

On a daily basis you will:

• Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
• Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
• Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met

• A reputation for providing excellent customer service andtoengagein great conversations with guests.CustomerService experience isthe key - we can train you on the rest!
• A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Problem solving skills including the ability to apply ina workplace context
• Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required - we are all one team andpitch in to help when needed.
