About The Role

As a Guest Ambassador, you are the face of Avant Gardner, playing a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Engage with diverse audiences at an array of dynamic events, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

  • Welcome Guests: Greet incoming guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing a positive first impression and setting the tone for a friendly and safe environment
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Engage with guests to enhance their experience, crafting lasting memories that resonate long after the event
  • Dynamic Event Support: Work closely with the Operations team during a variety of events, adapting to the unique needs of each occasion
  • Information Provider: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering information about events, venue operations, and other inquiries, similar to a host or greeter in a theme park
  • Problem-Solve: Quickly resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, transforming challenges into positive experiences
  • Monitor Venue Activities: Keep an eye on activities at entrances, exits, and other designated areas to ensure safety and compliance
  • Collect and Document: Manage lost and found items and report any suspicious activities to security and management
  • On-site training: CPR & First Aid Training, Narcan Administration, Hospitality Training, and more!

Basic Qualifications & Eligibility Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service, showcasing a proven track record of excellence
  • Have a Certificate of Fitness F-04 License. (If you do not have this, you will be required to obtain it once hired.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with guests
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to create positive interactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation: $25 per hour
