We are SLR Consulting (US), a 500+ coast-to-coast team of advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals. We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of over 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability. We are Making Sustainability Happen.As our new GTM Manager - Americas, you will play an important role on a team whose work is essential to achieving this goal.In support of our growing Energy Advisory practice, we will look to you to fulfill the following:EEE Project delivery

• Oversee data analysis and ensure quality of deliverables
• Develop and present recommendations
• Lead delivery of smaller projects or workstreams within larger projects
• Manage client relationship and expectations

Contribute to business development of EEE

• Support development of impactful offers, leveraging your sector and market insights under the supervision of your leadership

Lead and develop people

• Lead analysts and contribute to their skills development though coaching and mentoring
• Contribute to grow sustainably our practice areas in EEE

Qualifications/Education/Memberships

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Environmental Sciences/Natural Resources Management/Planning; Master's degree preferred
• Comfort with using technology and different systems
• Strong organization and execution skills
• Experience and/or interest in learning and using commercial systems such as CRM, marketing automation, project management tools, exc
• Comfort with Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, Excel)
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage tasks to deadlines and apply thoughtful prioritization and time management
• Willingness to learn and grow
