Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a GS Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst, located in New Brunswick, NJ or Shepherdsville, KY!

The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to J&J's Global Supply Chain Security, analyzes and interprets large amounts of complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats in the global supply chain. The main objective is to provide actionable intelligence for decision-making concerning product movement worldwide, focusing on protecting patient safety and securing the supply chain against illicit actions, theft, missing or lost shipments, terrorism, and unauthorized activities that threaten product integrity or cause disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent J&J's Credo values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Collect, review, and analyze data from various sources, including open source and proprietary data, to produce intelligence assessments that inform organizational decisions. Conduct research to identify trends, potential threats, and modes of transport affecting supply routes.
  • Use analytical tools and techniques to interpret intelligence information.
  • Communicate findings through reports, briefings, and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and share information.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect sensitive information and sources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in political science, international relations, criminal justice, or security studies.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional security experience.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality assessments and proficiency in tradecraft standards.
  • Experience in intelligence community, DoD intelligence, or law enforcement intelligence is beneficial.

Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong understanding of geopolitics, global economics, and current events.
  • Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Strong ethical standards, ability to handle confidential information, and maintain professionalism and neutrality.
Working Conditions

Must meet company standards for background checks, drug testing, and behavioral assessments. Ability to work under pressure, handle sensitive information, travel as needed (up to 10%), and work across time zones.
