How you'll make an impact
  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to increase customer and participant engagement, loyalty, utilization, and retention.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement programs, including events, workshops, and nurture campaigns.
  • Lead and manage participant engagement programs and marketing initiatives that drive business impact and growth
  • Cultivate customer relationships to drive renewals, referrals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Identify and leverage customer advocates through case studies and speaking opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to optimize marketing efforts and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay current with marketing technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Experience you'll bring
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a preference for customer and/or consumer marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing within the health & benefits industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, including the ability to write effective copy.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking for innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
