Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the worlds leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Group Travel and Meetings Specialist. Reporting to Global Travel Manager, the Group Travel and Meetings Specialist is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, firm-wide overview of events, ranging in size and designed for both internal and external audiences. This role coordinates group travel needs for events, academies, recruiting and trials with the firms travel management company and ensures that other internal resource needs, including IT and Vender Management Office are being addressed. This position can be located in any of the following offices: New York, Washington DC, or Philadelphia offices and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
