Culturally Sensitive Recruitment Consultant: Human and Inclusive.

Responsible for the success of the full product life cycle of the product lines that sit beneath this role. Directly manages Product Line Managers and Product Team members to meet and exceed quality and value delivery performance metrics. Collaborates with the relevant senior functional owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and is accountable for executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all product lines within the MSC Planning scope from ideation to retirement, including delivery of the o9 solution.
• Develops and maintains a high level of understanding of the area, aligning product strategy to business vision and objectives.
• Manages the product team across all activities of development, support, and implementation.
• Manages the priorities and workplan of key horizontal resources assigned to the product group (EA, Cyber, CTO, Data and Analytics).
• Serves as a key point of contact for business partners and other key stakeholders.
• Partners with O9 solution at the executive level (head of product) to influence roadmaps and features.
• Owns the global technology template and necessary capabilities (technology and people) for the product group; accountable for the overall inclusive total cost of ownership across software, people, contractors, managed services, and consumption of infrastructure.
• Implementation of short and long-term product group strategy and roadmaps.
• Proactive management of the product life cycle.
• Continuous improvement of the product group through innovative and data-driven practices.
• Prioritization across the product group to deliver business objectives.
• Decision-making related to the product group, including budget and people capabilities.
• Integration between products and platforms.
• Security compliance and risk management of all in-flight projects.

Profile

• Previous senior leadership role and experience in managing and delivering technology transformation in a large multinational business, ideally in end-to-end planning and related fields, high data-driven areas, and/or modern solutions.
• Product management experience in an FMCG environment.
• Proven experience of managing systems integrators/partners as staff augmentation effectively.
• Keen understanding of data engineering best practices and how they are applied to supply planning.
• Strategic agility and business acumen to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and navigate in a complex matrixed organization.
• Ability to lead change with a high level of end-user centricity.
• Ability to create a high-performing, agile organization demonstrating strong people and team management skills—servant leadership, inspiring teams.
• Demonstrates credibility and presence, consistently role-modelling professional values.
• Deep technical experience in end-to-end product/technology management.
• Strong understanding and application of emerging technologies.
• Delivery through Agile methodologies.
