In this role, you will provide personalized banking services to financial institution customers by performing the following duties. Pay Range: $140,622 - $186,324 - $232,026 Job Responsibilities:Develops prospects from current commercial clients, referral leads, and other sources. Generates new business to assist in meeting groups profitability goals including business plan growth, income objectives, and controlling expense to maintain profitability. Initiates and directs sales and business development programs to see/cross sell a full range of banking services to current and prospective clients. Provides leadership, training and support to private client group. Evaluates needs of potential clients and businesses and offers appropriate financial products and services.
