Job Description :
Develop key client strategies and ensure that the team is aligned on strategy. Develop relationships with partners at all relevant social media platform partners. Work with the client services team to manage client relationships as related to paid social strategy, team and performance. Ensure best practices and innovation in all activities; ensure knowledge sharing across teams. Keep leadership team aware of client opportunities, risks and stay on top of the overall health of the account. Actively lead a large team, implementing process, inspiring excellence and creative solutions and serving as a point of escalation. Establish new programs, grow client revenue and upsell capabilities. Partner with other channels.
