The Group Account Director will play an active role partnering with our clients and spearheading medical education/communication plans from strategic concept development through implementation. You will function as a dynamic member of the HCG team, representing our company with significant client exposure and working as part of a cross-functional internal team, leveraging your scientific acumen and tactical experience to deliver great work for our clients.

This position requires a hybrid (at least three days in the office each week) work schedule and must be based out of our New York, NY or Stamford CT office.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. This range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of the Healthcare Consultancy Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including, but not limited to, professional and academic experience, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. HCG reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
