Our client is a very ambitious independently owned B2B lead gen marketing agency that uses informed insights to create revenue generating strategies and results for their clients.

With over 15 years experience and teams spread across the US and UK, this agency is now seeking an ambitious Senior Account Director or Group Account Director who has a solid track record leading their own small client portfolio as well as being well versed in ABM within the B2B arena.

As an Senior Account Director or Group Account Director, it's about developing strong client and colleague relationships, about helping strategize and deliver a new campaign and understanding the relationship between marketing and sales, shunning the vanilla to push innovative and exciting creative ideas and knowing that, at the end of the day, no matter what challenges you have faced, you've shared it with people who understand the meaning of TEAM!

In addition, due to the size of the agency there is plenty of opportunity to develop your career, either here or abroad.

What you'll be doing:

• Nurturing strategic relationships and becoming the trusted adviser to our clients
• Leading brand and ABM projects end-to-end – from insight to results
• Spotting opportunities to grow client accounts and add real value
• Inspiring creative teams with sharp briefs and collaborative energy
• Owning the performance and profitability of your accounts
• Mentoring team members and shaping strategic direction

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years' B2B agency experience in account management or strategy within an marketing agency environment
• Is confident leading multi-stream campaigns across ABM, brand, and content
• Understands the fast-evolving B2B tech landscape and can drive results
• Brings strong client-facing and commercial acumen
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Is fun, passionate, and up for doing unforgettable work with great people

In return for your personality and experience as an Senior Account Director or Group Account Director our client offers a competitive salary ranging between $140-160k plus benefits.

• Please note that although this is a fully remote role, you will need to be based and able to work in the US.
