Groundskeeper - Part-TIme - Collective / Great States Construction : Job Details

You'll take pride in your work and enjoy creating a prideful place to call home for our residents and represent the core values of Collective. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing (covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items, etc.)

• Maintaining gardens and lawns, including mowing, watering, planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides
• Picking up garbage, pet waste and maintaining dog park
• Cleaning of common areas
• Lay salt/sand on walkways when needed
• Shoveling of walking paths in the winter
• Completing special projects as needed

• Proven working experience as a cleaner/groundskeeper
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity
• High school degree
• Valid driver's license

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
