Mowing both manually and riding Picking up trash Cleaning fire pits Weeding, watering, and maintaining flower beds Picking up sticks and branches Performing other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must possess a valid driver's license Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to operate a push mower and zero turn Ability to safely use chemicals in and around the workplace meeting OSHA standards General knowledge of landscaping, operation of mowers (zero turns), and all equipment associated with property maintenance Organizational skills Positive, professional employee and guest relations skills Capable of working alone and as a team.
