Beztak is looking to hire a Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the grounds keeping staff while also maintaining the physical condition of the property and grounds. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment. Oversee grounds keeping staff to ensure high standards are always being met. Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner. Always complies with company safety policy PERSONAL QUALITIES:Excellent time management skills. Strong initiative. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:High school diploma preferred.
