• Operation of varied maintenance and landscaping at the City's Parks and ground areas.
• Maintain outdoor pavilions for the City's Parks.
• Assisting with Park Mobile.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Assignments may be given in detail for each job or may follow an established routine.
• Work is subject to review for quality and quantity
• All other duties included.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent required. A valid Driver's license. The ability to multitask. Able to establish effective working relationships while treating members of the public, fellow City of Gary employees, and representatives of outside agencies with courtesy and respect.
