St. Leonard has exciting new opportunities for one Full-Time and one Part Time Groundskeeper.

St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.

Wage range: $15-$18.20

Job Summary:The Groundskeeper is required to perform all tasks required to maintain the grounds, gardens, walks, and roads in a safe, appealing condition. All Grounds staff is on-call for snow and ice removal in the winter.

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operates all equipment necessary to mow, trim, prune, plant, and spray grass, trees and shrubbery.
• Maintains all roads, walks, and outdoor lighting in safe working condition and free of hazards.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment and vehicles, along completing with appropriate documentation.
• Performs a variety of tasks assigned by work orders that relate to the grounds and landscape.Takes part in a variety of inside maintenance tasks and projects.

Salary/Compensation: $15.00 - $18.20 per hour
