Schlossmann's Subaru City is looking for a Groundskeeper!The Dealership Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the dealership's exterior grounds and surrounding areas. This includes landscaping, general maintenance, snow/ice removal (seasonal), and ensuring the dealership lot is clean and organized to create a welcoming environment for customers.Job ExpectationsMaintain the cleanliness of parking lots, walkways, and display areasTrim shrubs, pull weeds, and perform other landscaping dutiesSweep, blow, and pressure wash exterior surfaces regularlyClear snow and ice from sidewalks and lot during winter monthsEnsure all trash and debris are removed from the grounds and trash bins are emptiedMaintain outdoor signage, flags, and bannersPerform basic repairs to fences, curbs, or outdoor fixtures as neededNotify management of any safety hazards or maintenance issuesSupport general facility upkeep, including cleaning windows and exterior wallsJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsPhysical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbsPass a Pre-Employment Drug ScreenAPPLY ONLINE or IN [email protected]@schlossmannauto.comPhone(414)###-####Schlossmann Subaru City4640 S. 27th St., Milwaukee, WI 53221Schlossmann Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
