Groundskeeper - Quality Inn & Suites : Job Details

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented person who loves horticulture and creating land-based beauty.General Duties:•Develop and maintain all planters and gardens.•Assess and update existing gardens and planters.•Mow, trim, prune, weed, and plant as necessary.•Prepare soil for new plantings.•Install and water in new plantings.•Compost, mulch, fertilize, weed, and irrigate per schedule and when needed.•Install and maintain irrigation systems.•Manage insect pests.•Manage supply of mulch and compost, and chip and shred debris and pruning's for composting.•Routine cleaning of exterior grounds and building•Raking leaves and clean the parking lost•Routine water blasting walkways, doors and windows•Seasonal cleaning of roof gutters•Clean, protect, and maintain outdoor furniture.•Take out all garbage and recycle bins- Tuesday pm/Wednesday amTree Maintenance:•Prune per growing period•Remove dead trees or fallen branches and cut, split, and chip for mulch as needed
