Job PurposeTo maintain various properties for PruittHealth in Northeast Georgia and nearby South Carolina. Perform maintenance, groundskeeping, lawncare services, and routine building maintenance to enhance properties and ensure a hazard-free environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters, including changing filters.
• Assist with major cleaning projects as needed.
• Conduct generator testing and maintenance at specified locations.
• Handle unscheduled maintenance tasks upon request.
• Maintain the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
• Remove furniture and other items as needed.
• Install and check batteries for smoke alarms.
• Maintain and replace electrical outlets, light bulbs, and wiring.
• Perform plumbing repairs, unclog drains, repair washers and dryers, and replace broken pipes.
• Build structures such as benches and flower boxes using various materials.
• Use electrical tools and equipment appropriately.
• Operate pressure washers as requested.

Licensure/Certifications/EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; two years of work experience.

Equipment UsedCell phone, trucks, lawn equipment, and tools.

Other ConsiderationsPerform any tasks needed around Pruitt properties and facilities.
