Grounds Manager - APS : Job Details

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Grounds Manager for a church based in Hoover, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the church property. Needs to know irrigation, backhoe experience, landscaping, and ability to manage a budget.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday

Grounds Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be working in a church setting overseeing the property at the church.
• Ability to install and repair irrigation.
• Managing the budget allowed maintaining upkeep
• Keep property maintained: pressure washing, using backpack blower, weed eating, etc.
• Maintaining flower beds and shrubbery.

Grounds Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Self-motivated and driven
• Able to manage a budget
• Must have reliable transportation and clean MVR
• Irrigation installation and repair experience
• Landscaping experience
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment: blowers, weed eaters, pressure washer, etc.

Job Type: Full-time: Temporary to hire
