If this description speaks to you, continue reading about the opportunity of Grounds Manager. This is a full time exempt position at the Meadows. Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 - 4 : 00 (Hours vary based on needs and snow season)

Position Summary : The Grounds Manager is responsible for overseeing the care and upkeep of the property, supervise and work with Groundskeepers with a team effort, plan grounds projects, assist with budget projections and manage an inventory of the necessary parts and supplies.

Qualifications :

• Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must have three years' experience in supervising grounds care / landscaping; Experience in small engine repair preferred but not necessary.
• Must have a valid NYS driver's license.
• Must be able to interact with residents, visitors and staff in a positive and courteous manner.
• Fluent in the English Language.
• Meet and maintain St. John's vehicle driving standards.
