Grocery Stocking Associate - $18.00/hour

As a Grocery Stocking Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized, creating a welcoming shopping experience. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a clean and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with management and team leads to execute assigned tasks.
• Replenish shelves and floor inventories to maintain a full stock daily.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean, including shelves, pallet area, and workstations.
• Ensure cleanliness of the supply area while following all company policies and regulations.
• Execute inventory product rotation to maintain freshness.
• Receive deliveries in compliance with company protocols.
• Update product labels with accurate pricing and UPC codes for backroom and store stock.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
• Availability to work during the busiest store days, including weekends and holidays.
• Adapt to a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.
• Consistently maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or stocking environment is preferred.
• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, squat, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak periods.
• Ability to follow a rotating work schedule.
• Commitment to maintaining regular attendance.
