• Proven experience as a grill cook or line cook in a busy, high - quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, temperatures, and proper meat/seafood preparation.
• Ability to handle a high-volume service with consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment.
• Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, preferably in fine dining or banquet environments.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
