Grievance Intake Coordinator? Location: Raleigh, NC - on site!? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Organization: North Carolina State Bar? Hiring Range: $18-21/hr DOE - What You'll Do:Process and organize legal complaints and documents. Maintain accurate electronic case files. Monitor shared email accounts and provide timely responses. Coordinate with local judicial districts. Track case statuses using spreadsheets and internal systems. Assist with administrative duties and support process improvements. What We're Looking For:Associate degree or 2 years of relevant administrative or legal support experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.
