Greenskeeper - Troon Golf : Job Details

The Village at Country Creek Golf, Estero Fl. Is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Greenskeeper. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon. The desired candidate would be someone who enjoys working outdoors and appreciates the value of hard work.

Pay Range: $16 $18.50 / hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains clean work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Operates all equipment safely to perform any task assigned to.
• Mow greens, tee boxes, approaches, fairways, rough, and other areas.
• Rake and maintain bunkers in good condition.
• Cut cups, set tee markers, blow debris, etc.
• Weed-wack and edge; bunkers, car-path, lake banks, etc.
• Rake bunkers and maintain in good condition.
• Assist in agronomic practices in summertime such as: aerifying, topdressing, v-cutting.
• Willing to perform other duties as required.

Qualifications, knowledge and skill requirements:

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors under different weather conditions in Fl.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated, team player, and willing to follow instruction.
• A valid driver's license.
