This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.About The PositionThe SOREL Graphic Production Specialist provides graphic production and design for projects that support all Marketing disciplines. Works with the production team to process and finalize all projects, ensuring visual consistency and quality across diverse media.How You'll Make a Difference
- Responsible for implementing 2D and 3D graphic design concepts, this role utilizes Visual Center guidelines and assets to produce diverse marketing materials—including print, digital, email, banner ads, social media, paid media catalogs, and sales materials—while upholding all brand standards, timelines, and department accuracy and detail standards.
- Ensures color and print quality is in line with corporate standards.
- Supports Marketing and Product teams with production design and scripting.
- Performs video resizing and edits for various platforms and purposes, including creating edit variations for different distribution channels.
- Create and design compelling presentations utilizing PowerPoint, InDesign, and Keynote.
- Participates in team meetings and staff meetings to share projects and process. Maintains positive open lines of communication with all management, staff, and other departments to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.
YOU ARE
- A design specialist with a strong production design background.
- Positive with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Experienced in an interactive design role.
- Passionate about fashion and footwear/apparel industry.
YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree Digital Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- A minimum of 6-8years of progressive design marketing experience either in-house or agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Including, but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles (e.g., typography, color theory, layout, composition).
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote)
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
