We are seeking a driven team member who wants to join our mission and use design as a force for good!OVERVIEW:We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for our roster of mission-driven clients. You will design everything from social media campaigns that raise funds for nonprofits to brand materials that help health organizations spread life-saving awareness. This is design work with purpose and measurable impact.ROLE DESCRIPTION:Primary Responsibilities (70% of role):Social Media Campaigns: Create scroll-stopping graphics, carousels, and stories across multiple platformsBrand Materials: Design logos, brand guidelines, and physical marketing materialsDigital Assets: Develop email campaign graphics, blog visuals, and digital course materialsWeb Elements: Design custom landing pages, funnels, and website graphicsClient Collaboration (20% of role):Work directly with purpose-driven clients to understand their visual needsPresent design concepts and manage approval processesEnsure brand consistency across all client touchpointsCommunicate project updates and timelines effectivelyAgency Support (10% of role):Maintain FMN Creative's visual brand standardsSupport special projects and campaign needs as they ariseCollaborate with the team to fulfill FMN Creatives marketing objectivesOrganize and manage design file archives across cloud-based systemsJOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3-5 years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experienceExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and CanvaStrong portfolio showcasing social media design and multi-platform campaignsProven experience working with multiple clients in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills for direct client interactionHome office setup with a reliable internet connectionCentral New York location preferred, but not requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizationsEmail marketing design experience (MailChimp, Constant Contact)WordPress and Squarespace design experienceVideo editing skillsDemonstrated understanding of Meta and LinkedIn ads, lead generation funnels, and conversion designDemonstrated social media experienceOUR IDEAL DESIGNER:You believe in design's power to create positive social change and excel at translating complex nonprofit missions into compelling visuals that drive measurable results You are able to work independently, meet deadlines, and believe everything is figure-out-able You balance creativity with strategy and communicate proactivelyYou thrive in managing multiple projects with keen attention to detailYou're energized by purpose-driven work and comfortable leading client presentations when neededOUR CULTURE:We are a hybrid, fast-growing team of marketers and creative specialists located in Utica, New York.
