JOB SUMMARY: Executing a variety of Graphic Design projects while preserving the brand identity for Think Together and its business affiliates, and the development and implementation of collateral to support the mission and strategic initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Working in collaboration with the Art Director and other members of the Marketing and Communications department in creating effective graphic designs for a variety of applications including but not limited to: social media, print and online advertising, printed materials, posters and signage, website assets, email communications and fundraising materials. • Managing the individual aspects of each design project, including obtaining the necessary approvals and making revisions as needed in a deadline-driven environment. • Communicating directly with internal team to support campaign executions in collaboration with other departments. • Must be able to design pieces that communicate effectively to several different audiences. • Managing time effectively to finish projects on time and meeting deadlines. • Maintaining Marketing and Communications storage and sharing platforms updated with approved files as well as performing regular updates on org-wide libraries. • Coordinate with outside vendors and services as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Art Director and inherent in the position. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3-5 years graphic design experience in an agency, education, or private industry. • Computer skill set that includes strong proficiency with the Macintosh operating system, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, any additional applications a plus. • Experience in print production, photo retouching, graphic design and layout are essential. • A thorough understanding of file preparation and quality control on press checks for offset printing. • Strong evidence of creativity, innovation, and vision as it pertains to marketing materials. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with both vendors and internal clients. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain highest degree of confidentiality. • Comply with organization policies and follow procedures. COMPUTER SKILLS: • Adobe Creative Cloud • Word Processing • Email • Use of typical office equipment • DSLR camera (plus but not required) PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Moderate Noise (examples: typical office noise) • Stand, Walk, Sit (in general office environment) • Computer Screen visual in performance of role • Lift up to 10 pounds • Travel up to 10-20% • Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test COMPENSATION:

• Salary Range $68,640-$70,000

This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
