Related Ross is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a growing team within an established organization focused on developing, owning, and managing properties across various asset classes including office, residential, retail, hotel, and public space. The successful candidate will create branded marketing materials and presentations to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital, print, and video marketing collateral for properties, including social media content, ads, brochures, signage, merchandise, and presentations.
• Create innovative designs following brand guidelines and best practices.
• Assist with RFP responses and refresh corporate decks.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to develop website content and maintain content standards.
• Stay updated with current trends and platform updates.
• Participate in other specialty projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Microsoft Office, Canva, and HTML marketing (a plus).
• Strong conceptual and execution skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in fine arts, marketing, or design preferred.
• This is a full-time, on-site role.
