Graphic Designer - ATR International : Job Details

ATR International is seeking a Graphic Designer for a major client!

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for designing and creating packaging and product artwork for supporting the manufacturing requirements for all products produced by the Surgical Package Labeling Operations Innovation Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the graphic design requirements for packaging and product artwork, including the production of labels, lidstock, and display box artwork; support for formal artwork approvals; and maintenance of packaging labeling development procedures.
• Verifies vendor proofs, makes corrections, or communicates changes to ensure all printed components match approved artwork files.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years related experience in graphic design production.
• Experience in the development of labeling for the medical device industry preferred
• Fluent in Adobe CC software programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MAC user
• Package or product labeling design experience with strong attention to detail
• Preparing artwork for print production, proofing artwork

Location: North Haven, CT

Hourly Rate: $25 - $31
