Graphic Design Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Perform as a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visual content that enhances brand identity and communicates core values. Develop and produce a wide range of design materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and possibly videos. Ensure all designs adhere to 508 compliance guidelines, maintaining accessibility and usability. Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to create effective, visually appealing assets that reinforce the office's mission and purpose. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet both design and functional requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Experience with 508 compliance, designing and developing accessible products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Experience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data presentations, and analytic ideas
  • Experience working within the government or defense sectors
  • Knowledge of the DoD and the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Ability to showcase a portfolio with a broad range of graphic design work
  • Ability to work with clients to define project requirements and create effective designs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to support Senior-level and Executive staff
  • Ability to discuss project expectations, set timelines, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:Applicants will be subject to a security investigation; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation:

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible. The projected salary range is $99,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on various factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
