Position Summary:
We are seeking a Premedia Operator for our in-house creative department. The Premedia Operator is a specialist working with digital imaging and performs a variety of tasks to support the creative staff. Responsible for executing assets for branded print projects, advertising, mobile content and web applications. Candidates must work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-driven environment and should be an expert in the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs. The Premedia Operator ideally has a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a prepress production or printing facility, advertising agency or in-house graphic design department.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, retouching and compositing digital photography.
- Product swatch matching of all imagery for use in our catalogs and website.
- Proper use and maintenance of Epson proofing mechanism.
- Full understanding of pre-press print media vs. electronic media.
- Creation and use of Adobe Photoshop actions and printing profiles.
- Demonstrate creative, technical and analytical skills.
- Meet deadline driven schedules.
Competencies/SkillsKnowledge:
- Expert using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Microsoft Office Programs. Experience with Capture One and Figma a plus.
- Working knowledge of Mac OS, color management terminology, server vs. cloud-based workflows, and digital asset management.
- Expertise in prepress and web offset printing. Knowledge of automations, AI, color theory, 3D-rendering or other visual arts is helpful.
- Attention to detail is a must to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of company management and personnel.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
