The Grants Director at YMCA of Southwest Florida supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This individual is a key member of the philanthropy team and intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture while also conceptualizing, organizing, and implementing comprehensive strategic stewardship plan and grant management. Requirements Essential Functions:Writes, monitors, and manages grant applications including timely updates and final reports. Establishes and manages a comprehensive process for timely and accurate grant evaluation, quality compliance, project, and program fulfillment. Monitors/ Oversees grant programs and/or projects as assigned. Researches potential funders (e.g., foundations, corporations) and identifies opportunities for new funding.
